In the whimsical world of Wonderland, we cherish our magical props as much as Alice treasures her adventures. To keep our enchanted items in great condition, we require a refundable Wonderland bond upon hiring.

This bond acts as a precautionary measure, much like the White Rabbit’s pocket watch ensuring he’s always on time. But fear not! The Wonderland bond fee, will be fully refunded once our props have been safely returned and inspected. The Wonderland bond will be refunded quicker than the White Rabbit can say, “I’m late!”

If any props meet an unfortunate fate while on hire, please return any broken pieces, as we will work hard to repair them. The hirer is responsible for covering the cost of any lost or damaged items. If the item is broken beyond repair or lost, we do charge 5 x the hire rate. Please refer to our terms and conditions regarding damaged or lost props.
