Cancellation Policy
In the whimsical world of Wonderland, we understand that plans can change just as quickly as the Cheshire Cat can disappear! To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have crafted a cancellation policy that mirrors the unpredictable yet magical nature of Alice’s adventures.
Should you need to cancel your prop hire, please let us know at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. This advance notice allows us to fully refund your payment, minus a $30 administration fee, ensuring you can reschedule your Wonderland dreams without any worries.
If you find yourself in a spot of bother and must cancel within 8-14 days of your event, we will happily offer you a 50% refund of total prop hire fees and a full refund of any delivery or security deposit paid. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, and we want to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
However, if you’re as late as the White Rabbit and cancel within 7 days of your event, we regret that you will forfeit 100% of the prop hire fee paid. By this time, our props have already embarked on their journey down the rabbit hole, and preparations for your magical event are well underway.
To make any changes or cancellations, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process with the same care and attention as Alice received in her adventures. Remember, in Wonderland, a little forethought can keep everything curiouser and curiouser without any hiccups!
